How to contact NAS Hertfordshire

NAS Hertfordshire is run by volunteers who are all family members of people on the autism spectrum.

We have a dedicated volunteer running our branch helpline, who will aim to respond to any calls within one working day. We hope to be able to answer your queries regarding autism – all ages and across the spectrum – and signpost you to relevant services and organisation in Hertfordshire.

Please call 07836 667394 to access the telephone helpline. If we cannot answer immediately, you will be put through to our voicemail – please leave a message and we will get back to you.

Please note that on our branch helpline we cannot:

  • Make referrals to services
  • Give legal and medical advice
  • Issue supporting letters
  • Provide casework or act as your advocate
  • Give a diagnosis of autism
  •  Advise you on conditions that are not part of the autism spectrum
