Guideposts Watford – Carers Group

This group is for anyone who cares for someone with mental health issues living in the South West Herts area (Watford, Three Rivers and Hertsmere).

It is a very friendly caring carers group, who usually spend the first part of the session catching up with each other and later on discussing issues as a group that include planning for future events and sharing any new information.  Carers can share past experiences and talk about current issues, and can meet with group facilitators on a one to one basis.   Guest speakers from statutory, voluntary and the private sector attend carers’ meetings on a regular basis.  See leaflet for full details.
